How to set up the Shortcut (one-time, ~3 min)
- Open Shortcuts on your iPhone β tap + to create a new shortcut β name it Belt Weigh-in.
- Add action Find Health Samples. Set Type β Body Mass, sort by End Date, order Latest first, limit 1. Repeat the action twice more, once for Body Fat Percentage and once for Body Mass Index.
- For each, follow it with Get Details of Health Samples β Quantity, then rename the variables to Weight, Body Fat, BMI.
- If your Health weight is in kg, add Convert Measurement β convert Weight to Pounds. (Skip if already in lb.)
